Greg Abramowitz had been a licensed General Contractor since 1986 and had been working as an expert witness since 1987. But, by 1999 Greg was so disenfranchised with how business and litigation was being done, especially here in California, then he considered closing the entire business. He didn’t want to do business in California anymore unless he could find another way, a better way. There wasn’t. So, he created one.

He continued his education and became a certified Commercial and Construction Arbitrator in 2000.With his new knowledge about dispute resolution, Greg took the concept of Dispute Review Boards, and adapted that into what we know today as On-Site Arbitration and Expedited Arbitration. In doing so, Greg created a new form of Dispute Resolution that has now blossomed and taken root all over the world. You can now find Expedited Arbitration offered in a variety of places. DMA was the first.
